1. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. All pre purchased vouchers or a proof of purchase must be presented on arrival of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your treatment/s not going ahead.
3. All vouchers are issued with expiry dates and recommended booking allowance times, failure to comply may result in being unable to make an appointment.
4. Only one voucher per person per day. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other special offers listed.
5. If you wish to cancel your booking you must provide 48 hours’ notice. If the sufficient time is not given your voucher will become void and you may not rebook.
6. Purity Spa is unable to offer any refunds after 24 hours from the time of purchase, for any reason and with no exceptions.
7. Purity Spa reserves the right to cancel pre booked appointments with up to 48 hours’ notice before the day of your appointment.
8. If you fail to arrive on time for your appointment please be aware that your treatment time will be cut short. Please note that your booking will not be moved or rescheduled under any circumstances.
9. Manicures and Pedicures: Once you have left the spa area Purity cannot be held responsible for any damage done to the condition or polish on your nails.
10. Please be advised any underlying health or wellbeing issues that are not brought to our attention before arrival at the spa may result in your treatment not taking place.
11. Should any issues arise after your treatment has ended, for example: Skin irritation or any pain of any kind you will need to visit us within 36 hours before any further action is taken.
