You may have seen a few negative and positive comments placed on a website called ‘Tripadvisor”, we understand that this is a review forum but cannot help but think it occasionally acts more as a complaints outlet, here at Purity we have a fully staffed customer service dept that successfully deals directly and promptly with any genuine issues that may arise from time to time, this is why we do not respond directly to it. We are proud to say that we have 98% positive feedback and regret that many of our staff may feel deflated reading the handful of sometimes hurtful comments on that particular site. Rest assured that we are all committed to providing a relaxing service for our wonderful clients, particularly our extra special team of therapists who are by far the best in the business!
We ask all of our guests to complete a brief feedback form, after they have had their treatments. Together with the therapist who treated them, we read each and every one and try to learn something new from each and so continually improve our service and delight our guests.
